9 Hot Tips On Making Disney World More Affordable

On every vacation we are looking not only to spend money but to save money too. This is no different when we go to Disneyland. A single day at Disneyland can really put a deep whole in your pocket so how can we ensure this does not happen and allow us to make our vacation more affordable? Here are 9 excellent pointers to help you out.

* Get hold of a Disney Rewards Credit Card. This card offers Disney points for every single purchase you make when using the card. These points can then be redeemed towards your ideal Disney vacation. You can use the points towards Disney merchandise, Disney restaurants, hotels, theme park tickets and more.

* Go off-peak. Try to go to Disney World at off peak times when kids are back at school. This way there are lower crowd levels and lower prices to boot.

* Annual pass. Get your hands on an annual pass if you intend on visiting the theme park more than the one time. It lowers the cost of a variety of rides and entry fees so well worth having.

* Go to the Disney website and register your birth date. If you do this you are then able to choose which theme park you wish to go to and get a free entry ticket on your actual birth date. Upon registration this free pass will be mailed out to you in the post.

* Relax in a Disney World hotel. This may seem like its going to be more expensive than if you were to lodge elsewhere but when you take into account the amount of money you save on traveling back and forth each day and the amount of time too, it starts to make some sense. Not only that, if you are to lodge in a Disney World hotel you are entitled to free travel on their coaches, on their boats and on their monorail service as well as pick-up and put-down to the airport. Further, you are also entitled to take advantage of their extended opening hours, which is only available to those booked into Disneyland hotels.

* Like the thought of camping outdoors? If so, why not use one of the Disney camping sites. You can take your own camper van or tent and save yourself a lot of money while having great fun too!

* Reduce the amount of Disney restaurant outings. Although you can get discounts upon restaurants, when you add in all the snacks and pop that you buy for yourself and the kids throughout the day, it very soon adds up. So how about planning ahead and buying your own snacks at least, from the local grocery store before you enter the world of Disney.

* Take advantage of special offers on the Disney website. Its good policy to regularly check the Disney website because there are often very good deals to take advantage of on there. Its a good way to plan your itinerary too.

* If you are a member of various companies you can qualify for discounts. So as an example, if you are with the AAA you are already privy to various discounted prices at Disney World.

Why not check out the Disney credit card. The Disney visa card is a great card all-round so check out just how much it can help you enhance your Disney trip even more!
